The music for Golden Fiddle Waltz is in Nate Olson's book, Championship Contest Fiddling. Google "Nate Olson Fiddle." Not sure if it's exactly the same note for note as John's, but it should be pretty good.
I'd forgotten about Nate's book; he transcribed Bethany Dick's version. Beth picked GFW up from John's 1995 version, which which came from Randy's CD, then re-worked by John and Dick Barrett for the Weiser contest.
I listen to this man play this beautiful tune and it inspires me to play.
