    Pray to God you are able to sell your unit before it's finished otherwise you'll take a 40% hit.

      Yes , definitely. There are 3 types of quality developed by Emaar - 3 star , 4 star and 5 star. In the island section of Creek harbor , there are only two 5 star properties - Address and The Palace. It will definitely retain value.
