    Hi :) I'd like to know which type of prepacked Sepharose CL-2B columns do you use? I couldn't find any on the GE Healthcare website. Or perhaps do you have regular PD-10 column and pack it yourself with the Sepharose gel?

    Hi, thanks for the video. I saw there are two filters (one at top and the other at the bottom) inside the syringe. What is the size of those filters? where can I get them?

      I'm curious about the same issue - what filters did you use for the top and bottom of your SEC column. Great video - thanks for the instruction!
