A simple recipe for a tasty, satisfying and healthy dish made from the simplest ingredients - zucchini cutlets with cheese. Vegetable cutlets are no less tasty than meat cutlets. 2 zucchini.
1 potato.
1 carrot.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 eggs.
100 g cheese.
Flour.
Parsley.
Olive oil.
Salt, black pepper, paprika.
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons of yogurt.
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
A handful of parsley.
1 clove of garlic.
Salt.
