We need to sensitize women right from the school age to come forward and report immediately so that other won't get victimized. Every woman who stayed silent also allowed this serial psycho rapist to victimize next women ... and chain continued for years 😡😡. What kind of people are we voting and what kind of society we are living where there is no self-confidence, rage and conscience in victims to go and report crimes 😡😡! Why the faces of the victims are not masked? Many of them are wives, sisters, mothers and daughters of JDS party members, govt officers, police etc as per the reports and statements. Few have come forward with FIR and many families of the victims are relocating or living under cover out of shame and fear etc.
