Dana white try’s his best to even the odds here is how: one he learns the best thing to do with the hand he has vs the hand the house has. There is literally a set of rules to give you the best odds and it’s not hard to learn. Secondly he always sits on the last seat so he gets to see other cards the players before him have so either good or bad cards have been taken from the deck before he has to make his move and he can act accordingly. He has been banned from multiple casinos for winning to much. He also bets big and fast so $75000 a hand if he wins the first two hands he leaves right away with $150k profit if he loses he has a lot of ammo and leaves when he does get a decent profit
He splits every pair but 10s.
I’ve seen him split 9s v An ace and 3s vs a 8.
He also plays two deck blackjack making it easier to count cards and then bet multiple hands on a good count
