The main effect to get Steve Severins tone should be a flanger. Steve used an MXR 117 flanger (the old mains powered one). I got the info direct from him while chatting on email.

Ciao..sto cercando di ottenere quel suono, il Flanger dunque è un MXR117 che ho..poi ho aggiunto un pò di chorus che mi sembra sia più fedele. Ma gli effetti sono sempre attivi o il flanger solo in qualche brano?
Ciao, io ho usato un chorus generico, in rete ho letto che Steven in realtà ha usato un flanger, non so se sia il modello di cui parli. Non mi sembra presente in tutti i brani.
Alessandro Pelle sulla Zoom B3 ho trovato una patch perfetta, Ampeg Svt più Ada Flanger, ma anche l'MXR ti da quel suono..comunque sta tutto nel basso, ho dovuto prendere uno Stingray4 😂
