I just wanna see more Shadows of Brimstone. Cowboys, samurai, vikings... whatever. Any of the other worlds, or even just sticking with the base worlds. It's all good.
Great game to play, also just a really fun game to watch being played, because stuff can go really wrong at literally any point in time, or similarly go really right (though that does happen a lot less often). It's all just about scrambling to manage the chaos, which makes for an exciting play, and a fun watch.
Well, that's a serious collection. Your painting looks great!
I can't wait for all the content. I played tonight with my son, "escape". That was tough, but i had this to watch for inspiration.

Escape is a great mission, I’m looking forward to trying that out with my Trederran Strike Force
I've mostly only collected FoFo so far. For storage, I bought a gamegenic card storage box for all the cards, and all my larger cards (bosses and town cards) are in a 3 ring binder in sleeves. Minis are hanging out in 3 of the bigger expansion boxes, and tiles and tokens are in the core box and the Derelict Ship Box.
I'm still debating what to get from the viking sets, and will probably get a chunk of the Mummy set too. The wild west sets don't interest me (having grown up in the southwest and being constantly surrounded by it). But storage for this monster game is a constantly evolving nightmare. 🤣
I haven't started painting my copy yet, but I should. It's so much easier to get invested when it's not a sea of gray.
Agree totally on the painting! Prime them and get some paint on, start with heroes you’ll play with then a small enemy set and go from there (or don’t, I’m not your mum 😅)

Been collecting for only 6 months, 4 big boxes & 8 expansions later I feel I have enough variety to have my first game in the new year.

I continue to be amazed with how much and how fast you get it painted. Very nice blanding on the swamp slugs.
I am unsure if you’re using super glue for assembly. If you are, you should look into getting some plastic glue as that actually welds the plastic together and glueing is so much easier and gives much better bonds. I use Tamiya Extra Thin that comes with a brush applicator
These days contrast does most the work for me, thanks for the comment about the swamp slugs, I researched blending and everything when I tried it back in the day and I think they look cool.
I’m using a plastic glue so it fuses them together + my fingers 🫠
@@DieRollin yeah contrasts are amazing. Still need to put in the work though ;)
Are you certain about the glue? Plastic glue won’t react to your fingers at all and can only glue certain types of plastic (like HIPS, the type Brimstone minis are made of)

Hoarders!?! lol!!! Seriously, that literally made me laugh out loud. I just bought my 1st SoB game from Gamers Guild for $78 yesterday. I got the Swamps of Death. I’m a little worried it has too many components for me, but it also looks fun. Not to mention everyone says they love it. If I become a fan the Werewolf, Vampire, Forest of the dead and maybe the crimson hand are gonna be bought at some point. It’s crazy how much content this game has.

It’s such a fun game system, probably my favourite and yes, you can go down a rabbit hole with it if you’re not careful and end up like me 😅
Crimson hand was a must for me as they’re my favourite faction so expect to see them on the channel in some form if you like watching our gameplay videos.
Thanks, I’m glad. I don’t think I’m anything special, but they always end up looking cool on the table and that’s the main thing. Contrast paints are a blessing these days

@@nickgraney2119 Since 2022 i’ve been collecting brimstone from around the globe, I just managed to track down a goody box from Brazil AND Alaska and I ended up ordering about 12 sets + card packs 😁👍🏻

Its not too much.. I think mine is worse but I've not even opened my warlord KS and I backed the Tomb one all in as well.. I need to reorganise my storage system, I need to invest a much larger overall solution. Its on my to do list this year.

Of the expansions, is Gates of Valhalla a top one to pick?
So Gates of Valhalla and Valley of the Serpent Kings are essentially completely new core sets, you don’t need anything else. However I’ve really enjoyed what we’ve played of Valhalla so far, so I’d say if you’re looking for a campaign with some fun enemy types, add it to your collection!
