It always amazes me that you have to have gone to a driving school and get a license to buy a car, but any old Joe Schmo can walk in to a boat dealership and buy a boat, get on the water with no experience and almost ki** people.

I boated for years, with my small kids, other ppls kids, and to see anybody, in any of these boats going across the bar with out life jackets on, is criminal. How stupid can they get! Not much more.

The women at 2:33 shouldn't be on the bow. I would suspect if the harbor patrol saw them the captain would receive a citation however; it doesn't say much for the intellect of the females. The mystery boat at 7:20 is a US Marine-built craft called the Maxum; Which also built Bayliners a subsidiary of the Brunswick Corporation. I will take a guess it's an eighties model?

The outboards on the HammerCat look like Cox turbo diesels (300 HP?).
Favorite? Azimut 116 " Abbie". Wow!
From the research that I have done, I would say that the mystery boat at 6:55 is a 1988 Maxum 2100 SC, although I could be wrong.

Skipper has a fundamental obligation - at all times - to ensure the safety of crew/pax. Putting them in a spinal unit is not ok

i’d be more apt to ride where your supposed to in one of the friendly chairs. Plus doing what they were doing no life jackets you get thrown over board get hit by another boat. struck by a prop. This is why the fuzz needs to get after bow riders they need more than a warning and stern talking to tickets

what irks me let’s say friends new to boating their out joy riding. Captain ignores everyone in a dangerous situation boats flooding sinking yet drives on like nothing is wrong.
At the end of the day, i think the problem with the world is we try to baby and protect people! If someone wants to sit on the front of the boat and possibly fall and die thats on them! So what.
