Ben and David, I know you each pack your own bags, but since one or both of you seem to have your luggage hijacked, I'd suggest that each of you pack one outfit in each other's luggage so that you have at least one change of clothes should only one person's luggage get waylaid.

This is what my spouse and I do going on the trip. On the way home we don't care 🐱
I have always packed half and half also in hand luggage clean underwear and shirts and teeshirt and sandles
Agree, we only swap 1 regular outfit, one more dressy and carry on a clean shirt and undies 😮

One bit of advice...cross pack. Then hopefully if only one suitcase is lost you will both still have clothes.
We packed carry on with a couple days clothes then checked suitcase. Of course after taking carry-on plus bag, our luggage arrived fine!
That's an awesome idea! I have never thought of that. My mom and I have been on several cruises together. We usual pack our swim gear and a spare shirt in our carry-on, just in case our luggage is late. Neither one of us thought about what would happen if our luggage gets lost. Thank you, again! This is going in my cruise notes page.
My wife suggested something about your suitcase problems. If you pack your cases half and half - clothes wise, then if one of them gets mislaid you should both have a certain amount of clothes. Enough to be getting on with.
We always do this when we travel. At least one outfit for each person in each bag, plus a change of clothes in carry on.

You guys pack a lot of info in 30 mins, no fluff just facts. Much appreciated. My wife and I learned early in our traveling to pack medicine, toiletries, one or two outfits and undies in our carry on. The feeling of a lost bag is terrible.

Can't believe the airlines lost your luggage again, we recently went away and packed half our luggage in our hand luggage due to the 1st time your luggage was lost. The rainbow was amazing.

@@CruisewithDid you hear the story of the American woman a few years ago that after her husband died (who used to go cruising with her when they first married) that she eventually sold her house and car and moved onto cruise ships all around the world?
Love your shows guys! My wife and I lost a bag for two days while we were in Italy some years back. So now when we travel half my clothes go in her suitcase and half her stuff in mine. We pack all medications in our carry on with at least one change of clothes in each as well. Good job, and keep up the good work.
I think Food Republic was the best speciality food place and the Indulgence Hall was top notch!!! I miss being on the cruise already! Thanks for bringing back memories! ❤❤❤
Loved your highlighter tips! We bring a pink and a yellow one with us. We each mark the things we want to see/do and when they turn orange (meaning we both wanted the same event) we make sure to go to those together. That way we can have great discussions later over meals about what we saw/learned!

I am so excited to see your views of this ship. Packing tip, maybe pack 1/2 for each of you in each bag. So you will both have something to wear...just in case.

My wife and I just stepped off the Prima this morning! Our very first cruise ever--loved it!
Since you both have gone through the missing luggage thing, can you please make a video what it's like, what did the airline gives you if anything, did any insurance cover anything, how long does the airline have before they have to reimburse you for everything in the lost baggage. I have never lost any bag, and before it ever happens to me, if you could please tell us how you two went through it. Thank You Both

Hi, Ben & David!! Thank you for taking us on the cruises with you! Some of the places you go look AMAZING! The Prima has really upped the game for new and older ships being remodeled. The amount of light in the hallways and the carpet not being so dark and dingy looking gives an air of "poshness". I can't wait to watch the full tour!
I do have a couple of questions for Ben, if you have a moment. Where are your glasses? You want to be able to see the beautiful places you go, right? ;-) Are you wearing contacts or did you get the laser surgery? Thank you!

I just finished my cruise onboard of MSC Orchestra. I had the best cruise in my life not like Costa Cruceros who screwed my holidays on march 2019. This is a gorgeous ship!
I have a friend with a glass walkway in their home. Even that freeks me out. The ship is beautiful!
I love the views that are available in the restaurant. We were on the Odyssey of the Seas and the specialty restaurants were hidden away without a view.

Wow what a stunning ship, it has so much natural lighting. I didn’t like the atrium it reminds me of a government building. The artwork in the cabin is lovely, in the bathroom also which is nice. As always great content, always lol at Ben’s witty one liners and David this time too. Oh my goodness that bloody airline, they had one job and messed it up twice!! Can’t wait to see Oscar on a cruise with you guys again you have so much fun.

My first thought when seeing the atrium was it reminded my of a Viking Ocean Cruise we went on - maybe some of it is the color scheme with all the whites and tans and the like. Looks lovely and love the concept of the Indulge place
I got on the ship as you guys were getting off. Was hoping to catch a glimpse at the port. Lots to love on this ship but other things, not so much. My cabin was just like yours but on deck 10. Ate twice in Food Republic...a hidden treasure on the NCL ships.

Hey guys. The Prima!!!!!!!! Such a beautiful ship. Ben. So true. Lots of natural light. Sorry about David’s luggage 🧳 but you guys just go with the flow and don’t let it destroy your vacation. Glass walkway 😮. Indulge. Ok. I see the iPad is labeled I4 so you order on the pad and they bring it to the iPad location. Your meal looks 😋. The restaurants look well lit. Not dark and dreary. Yes. Even your cabin. Beautiful soft and inviting color scheme. The bathroom looks fantastic. Large shower and sink. How nice brand new furniture. Clean. No spills. Yes. Great storage space under the bed for luggage 🧳. Large tv indeed. Some free on demand movies - nice. The balcony seats do look comfy. Omg. Double rainbow 🌈’s. So there is no verbal interaction with a server in terms of ordering your meal or drink until it is brought to you. Wow. Glad the show was fantastic. You bought lost toiletries. Very eventful first day. Thanks for sharing and see you next video. Have a great week.
