I wish you peace and inner strength. This girl at work with whom I used to be on friendly terms just woke up one day, and decided she was angry with me. No idea why. She started walking by me every day, not speaking to me. I never said a single unkind word to, or about her. However, I accepted her obvious heart decision without malice or question.
A year and a half later, it was decided she should be my supervisor. It’s a reenactment of the Egyptians and the Israelites, total oppression. Like, where’s Moses? However, if a person draws from their inner strength always, and no external source, it matters.
Friday was fascinating. I instantly, at 8:10 AM, got an absolutely Crushing migraine out of Nowhere, and my hands started shaking so much I could hardly type. I was like ‘Slow your roll, Missy. I can Feel your negative energy.’
Anyway, I pray things are getting better 4U🙏

This was incredible, I could actually feel the negative energy leaving my body. It was such a peaceful feeling. I do feel calmer but I will definitely be doing it daily. I've had a very hard time controlling my emotions, anger especially. Some stressful life events happened and I haven't been the same since.
