My Mother passed away recently and unexpectedly, two days before her birthday. I was just meditating to this music a few minutes ago and started to hum along. Suddenly I found tears flowing down my face.. as I realized the lightness of this music reminded me of her soul.. And it touches a place I'd locked up because it reminded me of her, and the reminder of her loss had been too painful.. now I realize, that playful flute that she was so in tune with, is so important for me to carry with me. Thank you 🙏🏽
May she rest in eternal peace and may you find some in the memory of her🙏

I cried in front of everyone and felt it was ok to do that.. feels like the same place that holds all the tears is the same place that holds all the love
