I'm viewing this video, six years after it's posting..and U.S. equities have outperformed international equities, even MORE spectacularly, over the last six years. It seems that at some point..we have to acknowledge that the U.S; is just such an inherently better place to invest one's dollars, and that probably won't change, for the remainder of the investing-horizons, of anyone viewing this presentation. And, BTW; I have looked at 50 yr charts of U.S. versus non-U.S. market performance..and the argument that U.S. "zigs" when non-U.S. "zags"..is simply not true..at least when looked at over decade time periods. When U.S. declines during a given decade..so does non-U.S; and vice-versa..so, being globally diversified isn't actually a TRUE diversification strategy, either.
