Thanks for sharing this Biggest lesson i learnt in 2023 in the stock market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and low a strategy with a long term edge.
The least expensive of these funds is going to cost you 20x what you would pay for Vanguard's S&P 500 index ETF (VOO). And none of them are likely to match the S&P's returns over the next 10-20 years.
Any fund whose expense ratio is higher than their yield is not worth considering, IMHO
About WEC: Factset predicts quite considerable negative free cash flow over the next years. Do you know where this comes from? Are they investing in grid, generation, renewables,…?
Dave, where can I buy that mug?.. ;-)
When he touts Realty Income Dave Sekera keeps forgetting to mention that they are a major landlord for Red Lobster which recently filed for Chapter 11 and will be defaulting on those supposedly safe restaurant leases.
Can you support OPEN Door?
Could Dave tell us what stocks are trading at a wider discount than Kroger, in which he's interested? Thank you.
I really love Christine's videos. It's bringing me back to my roots with the Vanguards funds. And though there are critics I think there are a lot of good fundamental reasons to at least think about the three bucket approach to guard against a 10-year bear market.
TNO reference?
Super useful show! Thank you😊
Watching the crypto market's ups and downs shows how quickly things can change. In crypto, strategic, informed trading isn't a choice; it's a must. Remember, caution is as crucial as ambition here. This dedication to continuous learning is inspiring...managed to grow a nest egg of around 1.2Biitcoin to a decent 11.4Biitcoin... I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape…..
She's often interacts on Telegrams, using the user-name.
@Lindawilburn
Not an investor or knows what happened a year later, look at Nvidia and Meta he’s missed the boat
Good upload 👍 and info. I'm bullish on REITs based on the possibility of monetary policy easing. $O $CCI and $OHI $BXP $PLD $VICI $EQUIX are on my buy radar.
I love watching you two! Thanks!
Kraft Heinz-$”57”/shr value. How appropriate!😂😂
Nice catch...
The 5 picks before interest rates are coming down : 2 REITs (CCI, O), 2 Utilities (WEC, ETR), 1 Financial (USB).
F*CK you to talking to buy , stopped everything to talking buy , stopped you stupid talking to buy from my personal private owner business account money , everyone is stealers ..
Zero rate cuts happening. 😮 Truth!😊
Rate cuts will happen, the only question is when?
My Monday morning must watch CZcams show. Great straight forward rational advice for long term investors
Thanks, very valuable.
Long O and USB

That's OK. It's the CONTENT that counts (which is as always, very valuable).
@@csc1 Agree fully
I like O
Another excellent summary of Value stocks that are worth considering, I always look forward to your Monday morning picks for the week.
Do you still have fair value of $275 for ALB?
Thanks for the update
Can you help by writing the names or code of the stocks
CCI (4-star Fair value 130) O (5-star Fair value 76) WEC (4-star Fair value 96) ETR (4-star Fair value 126) USB (4-star Fair value 53)
I'll buy a E.V when their "low cost" matches the low cost of gas-powered vehicles and people are cutting wires at charging stations 😂
Glad I've taken vanguards advice and had all retirement investments in their target date fund for the past 15 years. That constant drag on performance from the international allocation is super sweet.
Another outstanding segment. Thank you!
Good to hear! I own both
My favorite morning show. Buying stock is easy but my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategie;s and the right stocks to buy ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
really like your videos, great insights. One critique point would be to include more visual overviews with general info like current stock price, your star rating, moat rating, graphs, YTD stock moves or similar. Would make it so much better
Thank you. 🥀🪻🌷🌻⚘️🪺
This is gold for retirement planning. Thank you. 🙏
I really appreciate Morningstar's videos. It's good to hear reliable opinions from experts, especially since our feeds are screaming titles from amateur traders trying to get views by riding whatever current fad is (now it's Nvidia)
Great show
Ahhh, my favorite Monday show is on:)
Susan & Christine, Thank you for your work. I appreciate your focus on holding periods for portions of portfolio. Not enough attention is given to risk vs holding period. Bond risk is less than Stocks in the short term. But Stock risk is LESS than Bonds in the long term. Thank you.
This was excellent! Thank you.
We've had a 4th bucket since I retired 13 years ago. It holds all of the dividend stocks which supplement our income. I view these stocks as if we had purchased a SPIA and so they are held outside of our normal asset allocation. Otherwise we have the 3 traditional buckets of Cash, Bonds and ETFs. We also view those stocks as inheritance for our heirs which we would not have with the purchase of a SPIA. We continue to add to this bucket generally with excess proceeds from RMDs to help keep pace with inflation.
I had to DCA 30X to get out of ATT!!! ----just to help people know what they're getting into. The dividend was good.
I noticed from the last ad that Robinhood has a much lower interest rate on margin than Etrade. What do you think about the stock?
I like Fuego more than CMG. Will Uncommon Goods ever be on the NYSE?
Question: I still like ZIM, but I'm worried that people may be boycotting the company. I can sell & make a profit, but was hoping for more. Should I sell?
BRO is getting some of SBUX business. Fuego & McD coffee is MUCH cheaper.
"Last call" bucket makes sense to be in a Roth IRA, which is often the last funds we would withdraw and is the least complicated to inherit.
I have one bucket. I live off my dividends and I also sell covered calls and puts options to generate income. Don’t ever have to worry about selling shares.
benz always good
