Hello, @fanatica67 thanks for watching. Yes I put them in soil after cutting. I make it sure the open cut sits in a piece of charcoal, and then watering is done after 12 to 24 hours. They sit under 80-90 percent shade and congested in the area for 4-8 weeks. Fit in the roots in 4-inch pot. Aglaonemas better recover in small pots.
