Nick has a good mom. She seems very supportive of her children and their hockey careers.
It is awesome to have Nick on the Habs.
I’m a die hard Rangers fan and have always cheered for the leafs. I’ve always despised the montreal but Nick has me pulling for the habs when it’s not those teams. Something I never thought would happen. Nick plays both ends of the ice like a leader would do and does it exceptionally well. I see 100+ plus seasons in his future along with a hart and a number of selkes. I pc his cards big time too I believe in his talent that much. Montreal would be wise to give him the C since he can handle himself on and off the ice. When you watch him play his name is constantly being said since he is always involved in the play no matter where the puck is. You can’t say that about every star.

A lot of people say to give it to Gally or Edmundson until Nick is more ready, but I truly believe his personality is so calm and he’s already doing the little things a captain needs to do. This team is very young and embracing a new era and to me I think the best way to symbolize the start of that new era is making Nick the official leader of it

I think he's too young to be a Captain, habs should just wait. Pactioretty was called the worst captain in habs history, it's too much responsibility in this city and too big of shoes for a young boy to have to fill and deal with. Sure he makes nearly 8 million a season, but in no way does that make you a leader.
Mcdavid and Crosby was one of the youngest captain ever I think he ready

Why are so down on Suzuki? Have you watched him play? He has everything you want in captain. His hockey iq is off the charts.
