From Zero to Single Node Openshift (SNO) in ~22 Minutes

Quick install of Single Node OpenShift in ~22 minutes. This method can also be used for a full multi-node OpenShift cluster, but expect ~45 minutes plus in this scenario.

Hi Steve, Are you able to add worker nodes to the single node cluster?

The ctlplane is already deployed as a node and in the name "Single Node" only one node can be deployed.
