- We spent a day with Ady from @HitTheRoadMusicStudio at the @kaliaudio headquarters in LA in order to record an Armenian band, making use of the EVO 16 audio interface. Ady talks through how to record when on location and all the different things you need to consider in order to have a successful session.

Thank you so much for this wonderful time working together, I had such a blast transforming Kalis Office into a studio with your amazing Evo16 :)
If anyone has any questions, let them here and I'll get back to you!
Very good song and recording! Well done. I will buy this interface just for promoting Armenian music.
In the next version though I would like to see 32bit recording and playback, as well as better roundtrip latency.
Ady, your enthusiasm is so inspiring! Love from Vienna

😍
Muy buen video explicando como grabar una banda !! Cuantos mic para la bateria ? El teclado va por la Evo tambien o directamente a la PC? Solo tengo la Evo 8 y es una lastima que no se pueda expandir a mas canales.
What's that vocal processor you were using?
This is nice
Appreciate it Jay!
Buena máquina
Muchas Gracias!
Gr8 sound, musicians.. what model mic?
Hey Larry, I mainly used Lewitt Audio Microphones, on the vocals for example the LCT 1040, Kick Rex 340, Overheads 2 x LCT 540, on the tom I used Audix D6, the snare a lewitt MTP440 and a few more here and there ;) hope that helps
Did u took another interface for the vocals
No, the vocals went straight into the EVO16, input 1 ;)
Imagine how it would sound with a real Rhodes electric piano
