Sadly the sentiment of the academy voters, which recognizing thar Cate's performance is superb, mostly say "She already has 2, time to create history with Michelle". Michelle has been pulling the race card hard even dragging Cate into it by reposting the Vogue article on her insta page suggesting Cate has 2 and it's her time which she quickly took down, violating the academy rules with that post. But the Academy has made up its mind it seems to reward a good narrative rather than performance merit. I hope I am proven wrong come Sunday night.
