I work in a tech consultancy as a UI/UX Consultant where all our projects are mostly lean. I always felt like lean ux is not the right way to do UX because it dismisses the importance of user research. And enterprise projects are normally difficult to gather the business end users to take out extra time for user research and inbetween rapid prototyping to validate ideas and wireframes. And because of that, I get imposter syndrome as a designer. But after watching your video, I feel like you made me feel that that is okay. I am trying to get into a UX Product company with more resources, focus and time to do things right. Thank you!
