Im my case few years ago perfectionism not only lead to ocd but i think also contributed to paranoia episode when i couldn't met my own high standards in life it lead to shame and to paranoia even.
This has been my life’s struggle. I’m currently sitting on the couch crying because I’ve been holding it in all day, all because I tried to do my hair this morning and I think it looked awful.

I definitely do avoidance and rumination and feel stuck trying go make right decision. Let me add looking yo high standards of others, judging, not delegating.....This has to b part of my depression. Never felt pressured enough to meet anyone elses s image for me and don't fit most of the time bc of it it seems
This is probably one of the few things that I don't struggle with... thankfully 😊

I'd love a video on emotional eating when stressed/depressed/anxious. I end up feeling so stressed I "treat myself" then overeat.
