This brewery was founded in 1925 and is located just opposite the Gare du Nord.
Onion soup gratin has a good reputation and I think it's a hidden gem here.
The salt level in the soup is perfect and the broth has no meaty smell, so its taste pleases everyone.

This is Paris from my first visit, when my parents treated me for my 18th birthday. In December when we drove from the Netherlands to France. Dressed up for Christmas ! I just turned 88 and I moved to California long ago. I still miss Amsterdam where I was born and I am always a little homesick for Europe. Thank you for sharing Paris with us ! 🙏❤️🙏

「夜にしか食べられないソルボンヌ隣の店の絶品のオニオングラタンスープ」があるんですね！
Terminus Nordは15時頃に行きましたよ。店内はちょうど昼食が終わるお客さんがたくさんいらっしゃいました。
東駅のアルザスのマルシェは毎年ここで行われていると出店している方が話していて、知らなかったので驚きました。
規模はとても小さいけれどアルザスへ行かずして特産物が購入出来て良いですよ。
この駅を出てすぐに「Schmid Traiteur」というシュークルートやプレッツェルを販売するお店もあってそこでもアルザス製品が購入出来ます。

ノエルの飾りを纏った華やかなパリの街並みですが、凛とした寒さが映像から伺い知れてきます。
真冬のオニオン・グラタン・スープはご馳走ですね。我が家でもこの時期隠し味にブランデーを垂らして拵えます。玉ねぎを炒めるのが手間なので、なぜか私の仕事となっております。本場のパンデピスは種類豊富でそそられました。りんごとシナモンがふたりでやって来ると手を上げて降参してしまいます。

オニオングラタンスープの隠し味にブランデーとは目から鱗です。味わい深さが増すのでしょうね😊
リンゴとシナモンの組み合わせが私も好きなんですけど先日作ったアップルタルトにシナモンを忘れてしまった自分にガッカリしたばかりです😂

私は手芸は編み物を少しするぐらいで刺繍などは一切出来ませんがここの手芸店の前は必ず足を止めてショーウィンドウを眺めてしまうほど可愛いもので溢れています。
ハリネズミと言えば、森に囲まれた家に住む義姉の庭で本物を見た事があるんですが、それも可愛かったです。
昨年のジンジャーブレッドマンのイルミネーションを覚えて下さってるなんて！めちゃくちゃ嬉しいです✨
