    I love this setup, this is what we're getting. I also love the idea of a power outlet in the back - if you've got a hookup, you could easily use that for an electric grill!

      Hi, Yes you could install 240v or 12v sockets along the back as there is plenty of room for them! Simon, Van Creations

    Love it. Perfect if you dont need to take passengers. Much better than rock n roll

      A very sociable setup, ideal for 2 travelling but yes, you do lose the belted seats in the back!

    Yes I like it. Only two observations from me, 1 floor ring for table to go into & 2 be able to take the seat out at rear to get my motorbike in. Good design 🏆👍

      Yes, if it was mine I would have a sequoia table mount on the floor with a removable post so we could have a little table.
      With regards to the seat removal. You could remove the rear and left hand bench part without too much trouble/time, the right hand bench wouldn't be removable in this particular build as all the electrical component and leisure battery are installed in that location.
      It's all done to the customers build spec and everyone is different and required different uses which is the great things about these builds!

      @@VanCreations Hi, Thanks, yes after this video I watched another one of yours with centre seat removal which is great. I love the 240 hook up under rear light. Fantastic. Any where we don’t need to drill holes in van is a great idea. 👍🏆

    Just added this set up to my new T5 conversion project on my channel, far better for relaxing, anyone who has sat on a R+R bed set will know, they really are not that comfortable! but this u-shape set up will be great.

      Nice! It's good to hear other peoples opinions on the setup. Hope you have a good season camping!

    beautiful layout.

      Glad you like it! It really is a mix of opinions with customers as to whether this layout would work for them or not. Anyone taking rear passengers often obviously need the correct seat for travelling but others that are just on their own or a couple could happily go for this style layout.

    We are looking at this layout, nicer for socials. I was wondering what are the panels on the walls, they look like extra space for storage?

      @VanCreations  Před 11 měsíci +1

      Hi, the panels on the walls can be found on stitches and steels website here stitchesandsteel.com/collections/van-lining-panels
      Hope this helps!

      Hi, this is something that the customer had purchased prior to coming to us. I believe it all came from vanfurniture.co.uk
      Hope this helps

    How wide is the bed once its setup? Is it the same as a rock & Roll (3/4 width)? It looks like the person sleeping on the right hand side (viewed from the rear) would have to be short as the cupboards would be in the way? Is there a U shaped solution that provides a full width bed?
    Thanks

    • @VanCreations
      @VanCreations  Před rokem

      Hi yes on this setup I believe you have around the same width as a 3/4 bed as the front units are in the way for the RH side. You would need to mover over to the usually position but gain the extra space to the side. We didn't supply these cabinets, it would be worth looking online but the only way I could see this to be possible would be to lose the front section on the cabinet and maybe make a shorter "pod" to be at the front?!

    No, there is only one system that works R&R bed, swivel double seat, everything else is complete rubbish.
