But dont forget about ps3 and the box of 360 no scopes. They came in with a shitload of giga bites to eat. The wii however, Still kicked their ass

I just love how a simple stage like Battlefield, gets some much detail and features. (Waterfalls, Day/Night Cycle etc.) Sakuri really did go over the edge.

It was pretty bland. Full of generic enemies that barely put up a fight, with basic platforming. Not interesting to go through and lacked replay value.
It's... Inoffensive to say the least (Great Maze aside, that was just bad design,) it's effectively just an easy unlock for all the characters. But it doesn't provide much of value outside of some of the CG.

Well while google was being stupid, Shesez still said he will keep doing things, but it google does not fix things soon, then that might change, also a 31:32 video is not even close to all the work, I know from personal experience, half a day to a whole day of work can go into videos similar to this, on the channels I help out with and the channels I run, I can end up with 1 or 2 hours making 1 or 2 edits on videos that just need an intro or intro and outro due to the speed of the software (my computer is more than powerful enough) and another hour or 2 just uploading even with high speed wifi due to YT encoding. and it can end up being a whole day on more advanced video such as a video where I either explore games' file systems and files and stuff like that, but I have not done that for a while due too how long it takes for editing due to my software being as slow as a java update a few years ago.

I think that's a really good idea. Mini episodes to build up to the big episodes, reminds me of the old Pop Fiction episodes where they would do mini mysteries inbetween the big ones.

Yeah, in San Andreas you can actually go into sweet and rhyders house using boundary break, and I hope if he ever does it that he explores all the blocked off rooms in cj mom house.
The GTA games would warrant a whole seperate series.
I would love to see boundary break boundary break where the camera backs up and you get to see your office has a behind the scenes to see how you make this, the tools and techniques etc.

Nearly no models in games are "half models" developers make full models and use back face culling to cull the back face and save on memory
back face culling is a thing. however the texture extraction in the areas i talked about would suggest youre at least wrong about the models i talked about

There are a lot of highly detailed things in the game that no normal player is going to stop to see.
I know this because Cia's tale Skyloft Battle softlocked on me, and instead of exiting the mission and retrying, I ran around Skyloft admiring everything I could in 40 minutes.
Fun Fact: The goddess statue can be seen no matter where you are in Skyloft, just like in Skyward Sword
29:06 Tabuu is Luigi confirmed. That death stare has always been intense, but this Luigi from an alternate future timeline seems to have been able to condense it into a serious laser attack.
That was a half hour well spent. absolutely amazing what goes into making these things, and since I'm learning 3D modelling, it's curious to see what actual developers do. Love the content here, keep it up!

10:48 the reason the Sky texture Is mirrored below the level Is to make the water look like Its reflecting. The water Is an opaque texture with the sky layer below It so they didn't have to rig up some dynamic water reflections for a simple map

The only thing I didn't like was that using the stronger attacks that actually launch characters and enemies was really hard to accomplish on a wii remote and nunchuk setup/just wii remote, though, I may have just not been able to find an easier way.
Of course it's okay! Brawl sucks from a professional competitive standpoint, but played casually, it works just fine and has a ton of unique content. Personally, I'm not a fan of the floaty physics, but I loved SSE.

I think some great games that would be perfect for Boundary Break are the Soul Calibur Games, especially II and III. There's so many details and landscapes packed into the stages, I've always wanted to see them dissected. One of my childhood dreams was exploring the stages lol

Subspace Emissary is the best thing about the game. Me and my brother always really loved going through the entire story. This game has a lot of content, but without the Subspace Emissary, it wouldn't have been the same at all. Sure we had fun with creating stages and having special brawls with funny rules and different scenarios, but just that alone wouldn't make the game "complete".
I think that project m64 (Idk if that's it's name) actually has a free camera on pause ...
