Good tip on tightening the battens first, to ensure that they are all the way in the front of the batten pocket. I would recommend to use the removable outhaul pulley from Severne, instead of the Chinook ones. It is more compact, doesn't catch the lines on very loose outhaul settings, and it is smoother against the sail when rolled up.
I think I'm in the no-cam camp :) Too much hassle.I wasted 2 years of suffering with it.With wrong mast! But maybe i will have to try again to advance a l itle bit.But good video!
And the previous outhaul system just wasnt monkey proof... lost 2 of them, probably didnt locked them very good, so Im happy with the oldschool system.

You are so right about the Severne outhaul pulley. I forgot about that one. I have one on my iq set. Works very well and is way smaller
You have your priorities straight.....more sail-trimming and surfing...and less grass-trimming 😂

I had no problem with the previous system that is why I am dissapointed
