Today is September 17. I've always wanted to perform this song - at an open mic, or just record it for myself - like being able to get through without losing my breath would be a great personal feat of healing and closure. I searched for a cover today, listened to a few - but specifically looking for one done by a woman, and I am so so so glad to have found this one. It truly touched my heart.
For years it was the last verse that would break me, but there you go, dear - FIRST LINE in and the tears are rolling.
I love the visual choice of black and white; all of it. I'm going to go find more of your music now. Thank you so much

That's the magic of your music, not many singers can get that reaction but you got it.. That's the point about why a singer has to sink into the felling of the song and there voice well show that. Of course there are lots of other songs you have sung that do that to, love ya

Because of your videos I have learned to appreciate a whole new style of music. I haven't heard 3/4s of the tunes you've sung or their original artists. It's been an educaton for me.....We all greive in our own way and in our own time. Only our Creator has the right to tell us in our hearts when it's time to move on. Keep singing.
