Whether it's in schools or venues like this, it is always so wonderful to see the police showing kiddos that the police are awesome, hard working protectors of our safety and rights. Thank you to all officers, troopers and deputies!
This is a really great show for the public...especially the kiddos. It not only teaches them, but it shows them that law enforcement is there to help them and keep them safe. It reinforces the idea that they shouldn't be afraid of law enforcement! Good job to all the troops, officers, and support staff that made this demo possible.

By far the best k9 police demo I've ever seen! I watch lots of k9 videos because I'm training my own service dog. Had this golden lab for 3 weeks and starting obedience training at 9 months is a full time job!
First time seeing this show. Love the fun training the kids about the absolute value of a police canine dog and his partner! !!!!!! Who could have imagined these two as partners in crime!!!! Absolutely phenomenal geniuses at work here. Thank you a hundred times. 💕 💕
I love this whole video, but I am slightly confused why we are downplaying an explosive device, and trivializing the disarmament......I am NOT shading, maybe I'm getting old or something but I find it slightly......strange!! But I LOVE the K9s and the LEO handlers!!!!
here in Australia a couple of weeks ago the police went out with a K9 called PD QUIZZ they caught the guy but lost the dog he had tracking on him but now he has been goon 3 weeks . they are so upset we have so many mines round the area but I think now he his gone so heart breaking xx

I was enjoying this video. I had planned to share it with family friends with kids until the bad guy showed up and was black. It just gets exhausting to see, over and over this narative
if the ears drag on the ground and picking up skin cells and many germs and scents how is the dog accurate because the germs, scents and skin cells the dog pick up are not going to go away on their own. so dog moving from grass area 1 to grass area 2 to all the areas dragging stuff everywhere thus the name "blood hound". is it because of its' keen smell? maybe 200 years ago, but now someone breed keen scenting dog and pair the nose with the long dragging ears and now the dog can't scent well. regarding info about nose and ear of the dog 3:03 and that it drools everywhere
how come the qualifications for the dogs the officer mentioned in the video are: play/pray drive, good personality and high energy but not selecting for accuracy, calmness/observant, and super intelligent?? anyways, I hope when you guys select your next k-9 be sure to include also the very best in accuracy, calmness, observant, super intelligent, and real working dog.
