I just overhauled mine just like yours Brother ,gx690 gp Tsf 2021, these are rock stars, had mine for nearly a decade and get it overhauled this year, along with my burner as well on the hot water unit. I absolutely love those units.

They say instead of the burner to clean the black plastic part, you can just buff it with WD40 (also will renew mini mondo) with amazing results.
