Was given this less than 2 hours ago by a friend. It being a gift, he took off the price tag/instructions. Been struggling and haven’t gotten anywhere. So this was very descriptive and easy to both understand and follow.

Agreed. Lezyne make great products... Topeak too. Nice pump if you use a backpack or bikepack... Looks easier than a mini pump.

Thanks you for this really good "real world" review.
    Guinness sweatshirt = a subscription!🙂

Thanks Brian! I have the same pump, however the recommended tire pressure for my bike tires is 40 psi. I attempted to pump them up to 40 psi from 25 psi, but after 5 minutes of pumping, I gave up and use my compressor. I was exhausted. I agree the handle is too small. It's hard to establish a good pumping rhythm especially adding air to a tube that is partially inflated.

same happened to me, when i use this and screw in the pump head the core screws in also and prevent air from going in

I can get it to 30psi which is all i need, far better than mini pumps but a minipump is better than nothing. It fits onto the frame (bottle rack) but I agree it is better to carry in a backpack - stops dust/mud getting in, and isn't a thief magnet (who wants to lose a £50 pump). Great for home.

You are totally right about the core coming out.
Why would you ever the the 'high pressure' version ? Given any bicycle bought after 2010 has a PSI of 80 or less.

Looking for something compact to take for my atv. I wonder would this pump be ok. It's recommended tire pressure is 10psi

Who manufactured your bicycle repair stand? 🤷🏼‍♂️

@@ellerybice3787 It’s a Tork Craft Bicycle Repair Stand. But not the best. The system that is used to adjust the angle of the bike in the stand doesn’t work that well and always slips. But it was very cheap and had lasted for years

Damn... Why not just pay the $10 extra for a gauge on the pump !
