- In the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, the Crees Foundation's resident sloth, Gavina, is looking for a mate. Watch and listen to her call - the same sound that the MLC team are woken up to almost every day.

What she's actually saying:
SOMEBODY DATE MEEEEEEEEE!
Ah, Gavina, love is very slow and fickle. ❤
In the end, you can see what she was thinking from her expression... "Maybe I should get some of those tiny cut-off shorts I see the girls wearing these days...."
So cute
Imagine if humans did this
Awe poor girl!
Maybe if Gavina fixed herself up a little you know do her -nails- claws pluck some of those wild throat hairs maybe some highlights on her cheeks so that nose doesn't look so... gorilla-ish, lol sorry just saying. Its very interesting that 3 toed sloths are range all over central and south America and the common brown throated sloths many of them look the same through out, however some sloths of the same species (bradypus variegatus) like our girl here have a unique look to there particular region, especially Peru the round head the pug nose white forehead and thin black lines that go downward from the eyes. And even among the sort of sub-species there are unique looking sloths such as Gavina here, beautiful ! Thanks for the video, david
Do your to see me,z
Ahahahaha poor Gavina, although I'm sure the boys aren't any prettier. I highly doubt sloths care about looks. :)
