#TauriReacts #Kamelot #TinaGuo - Hudba
It's as if your are musically racing down a dark road while listening to the story of an Opera sing and how her life is the stage.
Hell of a song! Like a Ghost Opera 2.0 acording to the band and they have similarities indeed. I'm too hyped for the new album, oh my god. Amazing reaction, Tauri! Cheers from Brazil.
This song is on repeat daily.
And tommy oh Tommy.. I've always said he's my favourite vocalist and this song is exactly why I say it !!
Great driving song as well, turn it up loud, fast car, monster energy drink, wow.
Tina Guo and then Alissa's singing voice with Tommy it's freaking magic love this song
Tina performed at Wacken 2019 with Sabaton and with Beyond the Black. Both appearances have been magical ❤
I've been a Kamelot fan since 'Karma'. I did see them live in October 2019. It was amazing.
That was my first album as well back in 2005 i was an elementary school student. My older brother burned me a copy of Karma and Epica. It was so good. I saw them 2 years later live for the first time with Leaves Eyes. Best show ever
Sempre nos emocionando! ❤️🌷
If you haven't seen them live yet, you're in for a treat. Last week was my 8th time and I still bawl my eyes out when I see them.
Your sighs and goosebumps during the song pretty much summarized what I felt while listening to it as well.
Kamelot is just a matter of perfection, whether in writing, composing, directing and the strongest thing is that each new album is bigger than the last... for me, there is nothing above Kamelot!
Sounds like a great new record from Kamelot. I love the lyrics. Dark, romantic, and the magic of music. I was hoping for more from Tina in this song. Her part was to small. I can't wait to hear the live version to see who will do the female parts.
Tina is amazing performing with Hans Zimmer.
I don't wanna be that person lol, but you can actually hear Tina's playing throughout the whole song, it's her signature distorted cello in the intro and between chorus and verse 2, and also the clean cello solo after the calm, like... You can tell she sprinkled her magic here and there 😭💕
This was the last push! I'm going to pre-order the physical copy of this magnificent upcoming album!! And i am so happy to see them live in the Netherlands next month!! Thank u for ur out of this world reaction dearest friend!! 💙🤘🏻
This album is going to be better than Shadow Theory I think. It's like Ghost Opera 2.0
Absolute a masterpiece of a song, and Tina’s chello fitted so well in this song. 😀
Tommy is completely ridiculous on this album. I swear he's getting even better. Considering how strong he was when he started, it's hard to believe it... 😂
This track is definitely the highlight of the album, obviously it's a bit of a successor to Ghost Opera, it's nice to have that link to the past, as well as just being an outstanding track on its own.
I have seen / heard Tina with Hans Zimmer last year, she is great and she will defenitly add something especially to already good bands (Rusandra Panfili as well by the way) she also a kind of perfectionist same like Tommy, Tuomas, Floor Epica etc .
Awesome 🤘🤘❤❤❤
In Tommy they found the best replacement for Roy Khan possible he is wonderful.
An amazing start to a song brought out full stank face early LOL! Great reaction Tauri, and as a fellow Brit can I recommend you listen to Jo Quail if you love some cello. She has played with many a metal band and supported Myrkur.
👏👏👏
I saw kamelot with khan about 17 years ago. Love em
Here’s to more reactions to Kamelot and Seventh Wonder
After reading more of the commons, I also have to say go see them in concert. They almost always have a special guest on a few of the songs. His vocals are amazing live
check out Tina's work on "Viking Suite" by Einar Selvig of Wardruna with the Polish National full orchestra and choir.....written for the TV series "Vikings".......
Tauri if you get a chance to go see Cirque du Soleil. They do different themes and tell a story over the entire show. It's old school circus with out animals you would love it.
Though we are just at the middle of the 2nd month of the new year, I have to conclude this song is way the best, the most addictive, culture radiating one we got from 2023 so far. And barely a wonder this treasure box is delivered by Kamelot, overruled any possible rivalry within melodic Sent(h)y-Me(n)thal scene on this planet. So talkative to see reactor made a cut in the video, finishing listening to it to acquire breath and tries to objectively assess what was heard and seen....
I have always felt Tommy has been great in Kamelot but on another level with Seventh Wonder
That being said, I think they have improved on every album with him. This I think is their best song with him on vocals. Plus it features Tina
Lol yeah. I can feel this song being the best on the album, but I hope I'm wrong! I hope all of them are this good! I didn't pre-order it for nothing! 😅
My biggest complaint about The Awakening is that it isn't amazingly mixed. A LOT of the detail can easily be lost over speakers that aren't great, such as those in most vehicles, or cheap headphones.
Ghost Opera much?
Des. Unfer. Trying to sound like Roy Khan...
Tommy sounds less like Roy than he did when he joined first joined the band... 😒 Roy sounds like himself, and Tommy sounds like himself. Both are great. (Personally I prefer Tommy.)
