I can't even imagine beating this game ten times for the Venator suit.
Iam on my third playtrough, going for the venator tomorrow, last time I needed around 90minutes, guess I can do it in around 60, or even faster, just rush the hell outa it

@@Scottyyyy I'm on my first NG+ and I chose to skip the main missions, it's unlocked the artefacts locations, is it just grab those marked on the map as quick as you can and you're done or are there more steps to it?
@@kacktustoo exactly, I guess I also turn the difficulty to very easy today, just wanna rush trough to be honest. On my last NG+ I will turn the difficulty higher and begin collecting resources again, but for now Iam trying to be as fast as possible.
I’ve been playing the whole game with the trackers alliance set so far, it’s had the best stats of every other suit I’ve found and it has the alien movie suit feel
All of the pirate suits the mantis suit and the starborn suits are fantastic
I really wish they kept Mason Osborns original color design though as some sort of alternative skin option somewhere because I really hate the tacky pirate reds and edgy decals lol. But I agree the base models are excellent. Guess I'll wait for mods to fix it.
What level does the mercenary armor drop? I have the helmet, I found it around level 22 I think. I can’t find the suit and pack though.
Seems to be missing the Mercenary Space Suit (no, not Ecliptic), so I have doubts these are "all" armors.

I believe you can get it from doing the uc questline involving terrormorphs

How can I get the Ecliptic set, that's probably going to be the only one I'll wear as it's the only one that looks like it was meant for a fight.
Hi. I think I found it (both the suit & the helmet) on the second planet that we visit right after starting the game (called ”Kreet”).
When you land on that planet (following the pirate beacon that Vasco whatsitsname provides you), instead of following the blue marker (MQ). Open the map to identify a base almost straight north of your landing spot. Go there, kill the ecliptic ruffians, get their suits. PS! I even got a slightly more advanced (blue loot) version of that armor right in the beginning of the game, so your chances of phat lewt should be decent at least ;)

Mark suit 1 is easy to get, do the crimson fleet mission, and very early on they send you to kill someone, kill that person and while looting them theyll have the suit

trackers alliance and old earth best (without starborn) - maybe nasa equipment was great in this universe;
maybe someday will release something, dlc or mod for xenos against galaxy or maybe mechs will be playable for cool action (mech like power armor from fallout maybe)

How are they gonna make nearly 20 uc spacesuits and then only 1 Freestar spacesuit
Because if you haven’t noticed, the game heavily leans you towards the uc. If you have a soldier or combat medic background, it even heavily roleplays as you being part of the uc. Your main base/the Lodge is in their territory and you join like three different uc departments in game (sysdef, security, and vanguard).
A lot of these look identical to each other...
Honestly couldnt care less about the UC / Freestar conflict. The bureaucracy and politics of it all. Thats why the Va' Ruun seemed like a misunderstood or deeper/more interesting faction to align with. Shame they only have one space suit variant.
Everyone forgets about the mercenary suit.

I want a military style suit
The only one of the bunch that fit that profile IMO, would be the Ecliptic Spacesuit. It's the only one that looks fully up-armored for combat, everything else is either some lame asymetrical style with armor only on one side or no armor at all, or color variants of each other.

@@joeyaguilar6668 you get a different set of starborn armor each time you access the unity. Essentially each time you “reset” the game. The Venator set is like the last one you get.

They should have copied star citizens space suits... form fitting under suits that can have armor pieces equipped over them. Not endorsing that game but at least their gear is stylish.

Yea NGL most of these suck. The combat suits especially. No pouches, webbing, up armor. Eclipse is the closest we get. Shocktrooper a close second. Bounty Hunter suit and Tracker Suit are not the worst, but man. Who the hell looked at this selection and thought it screamed "cool scifi ship captain exploring the wild frontier"
They tried to make a grounded sci-fi setting based on our current real life space tech. So the space suits looks like something real astronauts would wear.

@@shiftinggearsnpassingqueers 2 different suits. Bounty Hunter suit and Trackers Alliance suit. I bought them from a freestanding collective ship in orbit over a planet.

Why does all the suits look so horrible in this game. Compared to what you get with Mass effect or Star Wars game. Looks like 1970ies astronaut suits. Not Armor like they function in teh game. Mantis at least looks decent when modded black but even that looks odd.
Thaaaaaaank you, i thought i was the only one. These suits are horrible. even the suit you get in the end is nothing compared to what most games have already designed.
Honestly, I dislike 90% of these Designs. Not even a single Cool Spacesuit Duster Type design or a Spacesuit with a cape at the back. Can Ruin Immersion when your Doing epic Fights and go third person and you look like a big floating Turd. Or multi coloured Rainbow man. Give me a black Suit with A Dark Cloak or Cape.
How does a cape makes sense on a SPACE SUIT. Yeah look at my cape in the vacuum of space.
And super powers & fast travel does? Some things are good to make sense for the sake of Reality. but its a game and Has to have entertaining Elements as well. Which is why they added powers, talking robots etc. Having a little cosmetic is not going to damage the game. They already have Fabric like a cape on the Suit you get for completing the game its just at the front and not the back@@requiemagent3014
I love the game, but yeah, these suits are horrible. event the suit you get in the end is not all that impressive. that should be like a standard suit you can earn during gameplay. I mean mass effect has awesome looking suits compared to this
I love starfield too but I like to customise as a means of immersion and it kills me that such an amazing game doesn't have a good suit designs. there all chunky or basic and we cant even recolour. @@MrGalaxy-ik1co
