Have someone who's actually 3k play the game for you first 7 minutes then swap.
I think his girlfriend is in the 4k range, so that would've been the perfect setup.

The 3K experience is enbodied in this enigma. When I play carry, what I fear most is this kind of players. Usually it's my offlane griefing me and then suiciding all the time.
I am 2.7K. For this sole reason, I switched from carry to pos3.
BSJ: *20 min phase boots, bracer, rads and wand - "Our Enigma is kinda grieving us but we're still doing pretty good"
WK carry in my games: *20 min rads brown boot - "Guys I'm really strong, lets fight!"
Also add Armlet for BSJ to the list

I don't think you were gimped hard enough in lane, especially considering the other two lanes won; however, in to the midgame I think your team certainly tried their hardest to slow you down and it was very informative watching you adjust and commentate over.
Edit: Watched the video again a few months later and I changed my mind a little; I think this was a good example of a weaker laning stage but the two other lanes doing so well made it seem like you had a decent lane from the opponents perspective anyway. I initially felt you were still strong coming out of the lane but it was because of the opponents being weaker than expected from the other two lanes.

This is a great series. I saw myself as a herald watching this and wanting to click on enigmas items so I could be justified in my anger. But then I realized that BSJ never once clicked him to see his items, just assumed it was a 4v5 and moved the map in such a way that they didn’t take 4v5 fights mid. Really great content dude. Keep this series up.. it’s going to make NA Dota better in terms of skill and positivity in region

He's 17/1 at 5mins as Wraith king....and his opponents do a stupid hard camp pull and he just walks up and takes it because they misuse spells and can't take it quickly. I don't know cause I'm 1.3k mmr, but I can easily get 50-70lhs at 10mins as Wraith King he has literally auto-farm technology and fisher price last hit passive lol
@@Taziod yea bro, u can easily get 50-70 lhs cause u against the same 1.3k player. it is harder to get more lhs in the higher bracket as they care on denying more.

@@Taziod how are u even 1.3k mmr lol how does people go below 2.5k rank, all u have to do is use 11% of your brain and u can become legend rank.
carry: farm,denie, make farm item, play safer till 20-25min, farm
mid: take runes at min 4, take rune at min 5, rotate, farm
off: get regeneration both mana/hp, spam skills, denie creeps, pull camps, force teleports , create space, open the map more
support: rotate mid at min 4, rotate when ballista comes out, tp mid for bottle refill too, ward deward
hard supp: denie,spam skills, help carry to farm, pull, stack, ward/deward, rotate
if you do the essentials of your roles, there is no way you wont reach legend ranks.
Even the hero picks are not so much important if you do your role, in the end of the day whatever hero you are, you are still just a UNIT on the map with some damage and movement speed , do your math and do what you need to do thats connected with the essentials of the roles.

Haha, it's not even that important that he griefed a 9k players, it's his utter ignorance about his role and how the game should be played. He even wanted to go Radiance, it's ridiculous how bad people get, and this is not even that low of a bracket.
@@revaljq I know. These are the token players😂 He plays only carry or only mid so after he has no tokens he just ruins 10 games straight and play his role after. Just playing like a core on every position and sadly I'm playing with those people. That's just life like bsj mentioned.

Thank god for that Enigma or the smurf wouldn't have been educational. The ranked queue is the best thing to happen to DotA IMO but this is the downside - total dipshits playing roles they can't and don't even try to learn. Fuck those guys.

@@wellendowedplatypus9024 im in 5k eu, experience is not at all like in this video, people are capable to actually rape you in mid game if you make mistakes in first 10 min. This really looks like crusader in eu. You just need to be 10k behaviour, and i never saw divine enigma pos 5 asking for radiance in my bracket. But if you ask me, i would honestly deboost myself to 3k to enjoy dota again.

Honestly never been so impressed with a dota 2 coach ever before . I have been playing dota for almost like 4-5 years and I am stuck at legend . God damn That Enigma taunted me so much even from the Backseat! Prolly a usual carry who forgot to cross out hard-support in the game-queue and told himself "This is right because I am the far better carryplayer"
if hes a bad support, hes a bad carry. Over all hes a worst teammate youll ever have. Cant site even one thing he done good in that game
i can tell he belong to 1k bracket for that blind high ground black hole with no bkb. i don't think it even works against passive AI.

He probaply just wanted to get role queue games, got 5 and thought team's shit coz he isn't carry. Picked Enigma because he has high win rate and can colo farm. Shit mentality from shit player.

Great idea to give yourself a weak start, it really did help emphasize how to play well outside of the laning stage!
This series actually helped me alot, I never won 0-3 laning not even 0-1, but remembering all of his decision made me won game, would still love to learn from this series
Great educational vid, just wanted to mention the dota wiki says skeletons can't block camps. At 44:23 you pleaded with them not to block your camp. :)
You should party up with a bunch of Guardian Ranks and play vs. Legends. That way you are sure to have a disadvantage
I used to play offlane because i had no idea how to carry games but i dont want to play passive support nor mid. Ive been watching your tutorials for the past couple of weeks prolly TI week and I've gathered so much more idea about farming, laning, and carrying games. Now, Ive been spamming 1's and I think it's working well(regardless if I had a bad early game, bad support, bad mid rotations, whatever hero i pick or whatnot) Thanks man
BSJ teaches all the time that when your enemy is alive they prevent you from doing what you want to do, and that you should try to do what you want to do when your enemy is dead.
Notice when Enigma is alive, he cannot farm the triangle. When Enigma is dead, not only CAN he farm it now, but he DOES farm it, and he makes sure it gets done in a timely manner. Truly amazing pressure given, and relieved, by this 6th enemy player.

Thanks for uploading! Picked up some basic mistakes I still do.
Learned to respect enemy even in 3k by creep aggro-ing way more, contesting hard camp pulls from the other side of the camp, avoid farming supports by faster and correct rotations.
To be honest I only really play WK because it's strong, personally don't like to play that hero. Because of that it makes it hard to enjoy matches on WK in general or to keep trying in losing matches.

i'd really like to see one of these videos where you get off to an actually bad 3k start, like: against a full-on kill lane that doesn't care about cs and just wants to make your life miserable, your other lanes lose, their carry is snowballing, etc

I think the hardest thing in this game wasnt the 9k plays but putting up with enigmas terrorism shit and staying calm. Honestly respect! Idk how I can hate someone so much that i dont even know.

Little tidbit for bsj at 44:05 : skeletons actually dont block camps, so you can try to make a little efficiency about killing the camp with skellies as the camp is about to respawn, and as the skellies kill the whole camp and move to another place, the camp spawns again and the skellies just kill the camp that they just killed again.

I’m curious what your thoughts of battle fury situationally on wraith king are? I’ve been trying it in my games, the crits are so satisfying and it seems efficient seeing the build up is better and is about 1k cheaper than radiance

hey BSJ can you play all 5 roles in each bracket from herald to divine to see the difference because most of the time when i play carry in herald followed all of your steps and mindset i got a rough start because of my support taking my last hit and did not pull creeps basically and my team often die a lot in unnecessary fight that make enemy team fat forcing me to stop farming and fight them even though they are alot stronger what i mean is that what will you do when you have a bad start as carry. i would really appreciate it though

Next time, play a carry with no farming/sustain-ability, start with boots, feed twice (at bounty rune and then trying to kill offlane before lvl2). Then play the comeback game XD
