But you didn't mention in the video that the "Luftwaffe" also has other airbus-passenger planes used for VIP-Transportation: Airbus A319-133CJ, Bombardier Global 5000, Airbus A321-200, Bombardier Global 6000, Airbus A321-LR. But I'm pretty sure, there are still more planes, which are just not listed. According to the "Luftwaffe"-website the A340-300 is still on duty.
Brit here, have to say the a350 looks the dogs bollocks! That said, Americas Air Force one, is more of a war plane, than just a civil aircraft. I understand why and also the need for such a big aircraft. I love the 747, travelled on one many times. The winner for me is the A350, its just sleek and modern.
As a foreigner living in Germany, I think it reflects the country very well. Germans aren't for flashyness and do not like to display their flag prominently, so the subtle touch on the winglets is pretty on-point.
It’s a shame that the third color is just yellow instead of the original correct color which is gold. Would look so much better with the original tricolor black-red-gold.
