How to Roll A Kayak - from a Slalom Kayaker

- This is a quick demonstration on how to roll a kayak using a C to C method. I also show here back deck rolls, and sweep rolls although I don't go into detail about how to do them. The key is practice as much as you can. I hope this serves as a good review or refresher. If you're new to this, I highly recommend starting with someone more experienced. Good luck with it and stay safe out there!

I have been having the same problem
I have a bad disc in back... arthritis in hip and have bi lateral knee replacement.. can a person do a roll without a hip snap
Hey! Have you been able to run since your procedure?
After my first surgery, it took 2 years before I could run 5k again. That lasted for 3 years (although it was painful any longer than that). Then, the cartilage broke down and I had to have another surgery. I'm 5 years out from that last one and no, I don't run. I can bike ok, but it's not like it was before.
