I have used hundreds of different cord cutting techniques and practices as I was involved with someone who has very dark energies in and around them. Some worked well, others not so and it seemed that even with the good ones the cords seemed to reinvigorate their toxicity back into my life extremely quickly. I've done massive amounts of inner work but these cords were destroying my life and health in so many ways. When I came upon this magnificent transmission everything dissolved quickly. Something happens to me lately while listening to this video. Now I'm no longer making a request for a specific person, but I'm just saying :"Help me push away toxic, fake people who want to hurt me and leave room for people who really love me". And basically in 2 days people, colleagues, friends who I thought were friendly moved away. I got the idea that this video drives away even sneaky and insincere people who pretend to be friends.

The hardest cord to cut is that of toxic close family members.
Difficult to accept and even more difficult to move on. Some people just don’t want to heal and they want to bring down as many people as they can and we have to honor that and extract ourselves.

I'm a psychic empath / highly sensitive person who often overthinks and feels haunted by emotions (regrets from the past and fears about the future). When I was half way through listening to this I felt lots of pain. I couldn't exactly see images but I felt the anxiety and loneliness and heartache I felt in childhood and previous relationships. Although a big fan of Sapien, Maitreya, Morpheus, and Quadible, I started wondering why everyone in the comments said they felt relieved listening and I hadn't yet. I noticed there's only a few minutes left in the audio and hoped the audio would cut the cords and release my emotions near the end of the track (yes, anxiety even in a situation like this). I suddenly remembered I had a part to play right now and I have power too! Then I told myself "I now let the cords be cut and my emotions be released" and then I felt strong tingling, numbing sensations in my upper body like goose bumps and then my whole body especially my shoulders feel much lighter and the whole world became a lot more quiet now (a little like I'm on holiday by the sea far, far away but I live in the city in Hong Kong!) This is ongoing, We didn't get the pain all at once so we sure can't rid it in one listen. I've listened for 7 months the first four I had constant releases. I now listen like once a week because we daily get attachments. I feel much lighter and folks tell me I look brighter in the eye.

Great response I’ve been using those same ones and even join Patreon. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve awoken as 3 am with some strange energy In my home. I severe ties from any unhealthy attachment to the past, present and future. I cut off any past attachment to any specific events or people and cut off those old feelings. I open my mind, body and soul to healing, new opportunities, self love and new beginnings. I let go of control and any negative subliminal thoughts that hold me back. I let go the constant need to control my life and let go of anger over people who have done wrong to me through out any timeline of my life.

What if I want to stay friends? I was hurt in our relationship so we broke up and I know I don’t want to be with him but still care about him and want to be friends. I listened to this a few nights ago when I wasn’t sure on this person I was seeing. The next night we had a massive argument where he really upset me. But I forgave him the next day. The next day I found out he had been on dating apps from my friends. Two instances where I felt the universe was trying to get me to leave. I have left him. I'm sensitive to energy and did many questionable things in the past few years. My head, heart, and soul were cluttered. I listened to this overnight, and today, since I woke up, I really feel lighter. Many of the voices in my head have gone quiet. I'm also much calmer and more focused. The weight in my chakras dispersed, I feel more grounded. I have never had THAT strong effects from Sapien's videos. They always work, but this audio, I believe, is very strong. Divine Angelic Unicorn It’s crazy. I saw quite a few people who are psychics and/or work at metaphysical shops. I will stay away from those places because you never know who the bad ones are. 2-3 of them trapped me in long uncomfortable pointless conversations that I didn’t walk away from because I was trying not to be rude/be nice. I’ve since learned that’s a way people can drain your energy and I guess these flashbacks confirm it. Plus, I’ve had bad luck since 2 of those interactions and got very sick after 1 of those 2. I now know better. Never again!

Hey guys, so here's my experience with this one along with repel negative energy.
So, I'm the type that has always needed closure in order to move on from situations/ people. This audio has really helped me so much with that problem. I can now let go a lot easier and move on without stressing about knowing. I've also realized that all the toxic and stressful people in my life (including family) have not bothered/asked me for things any more... in a way, breaking that cycle where I'd have to talk to them again.
I listened for about 3 days 1-3 times a day, then on and off for about 2 weeks total. This is truly amazing.

I now find myself coming back to this only when I feel the need to because it starts to work instantly for me. But overall, the threshold of me getting drained/affected by negative people has increased.
So I'd say YES to your Q if you're consistent and listen until you feel relief (few days for me). Then maybe it's a good idea to listen 1x/ week for maintenance.

My third eye has been opening in the last month I can see/feel energies from time to time. I decided to listen to this overnight (thanks to the person who mentioned listening overnight in the comments hehe) and I woke up in the middle of the night to see my hands giving out some kind of grey translucent aura, it seemed heavy and unfamiliar and the word parasitic is coming to my mind.
The first time i listened during the day in between classes, immediately some people I didnt get closure from or i felt hurt me came to my mind, then at night i dreamt of a BUNCH of people just showing up and going away. Well oddly enough, earlier today I attempted to sense for chords on all my chakras that needed cut, I felt something at my throat chakra but was sort of unsure of what I felt was what a negative chord should feel like. After a few minutes of listening to this, my outer throat area began tingling intensely, I began to speak the releasing of any chord no longer serving my highest good. Now my whole body is literally tingling!! My chest, fingers, knees, literally everything. I've never felt this much tingling, it's usually just at my palms when I'm doing energy healing. Wow.

I listened to this overnight, and let me tell you I woke up feeling so refreshed. A huge weight has been lifted and I feel new. I can feel it in my chest, arms, hands and even my back. I highly, highly recommend that prior to listening to this frequency that you play Quadible Integritys power of 11 a few times and a good booster. Then play this 2 or 3 times after which you then repeat the prior process again. I can see the results in just one day...I listened to it multiple times. Because we all carry our own unique vibratory blueprint. And although having cords with positive individuals isn't necessarily a bad thing, its typically not good to take on the mixed energy of others, because even though the person is positive and there are beneficial energies in that mix to a degree, this energy isn't your own, and it can cause a feeling of confusion in your own original energetic blueprint. This is why I focus on cutting all cords. You can still have positive exchange and relationships with these people, without the creating or intertwining of cords and "talking on" them to that degree
I found that i only need to cut the negative thoughts in my mind towards the person and allow them to be as they are and letting go of wanting to change them..

Hello friends, here is my testimony.
From the moment I began to reproduce it, the effect was immediate, I felt a powerful emotional pain, and I cried a lot after the cable cut, the faces of the people who were feeding on my energy came to my mind, mainly my ex partner (since our relationship had become too toxic, even since the day I used the audio more, she has never looked for me, nor written, and I have not heard from her or anyone close to her family) and also some colleagues from work that they envied me.
