To put those shades into one look, I would try putting the matte honey yellow into the crease, and the maroon in the outer corner, than the top faced shade all over the main lid, and black liner… Or put the maroon all over the lid and the honey yellow orange under the eye, and the too faced shadow in the middle of lid to make a spot light effect. 👍🏽 Such a pretty color story ! Can’t wait to see what progress you do with them!
You’re definitely starting the year strong between this panning project & your face palette project! I have to say, you might end-up being surprised by this colorstory (odd as it seems upon first glance). I never realized how pretty purple can look with gold until I saw a friend pair them together, & it looked amazing! 🤩 Maybe you could layer the gold shimmer over the matte yellow to amp-up the intensity for a look?😉 The purple seems like it might be dark enough for using on the lower lash line perhaps to change things up, or even layer it over the black as part of a smokey-eye. And the yellow matte could make a decent crease shade, deepened with the black , then the gold shimmer on the lid. I have every confidence you can get that creativity going & make this colorstory absolutely rock! 😎👍💯✨💛🧡💜🖤✨

For look ideas: try an all shimmer look with the colorpop taking 2/3 of the lid space , too faced inner corner and the PML as the deepening outer corner. Look 2 : Mac n’ cheese all over lid & crease , too faced on inner corner -lid . Look 3: m&c crease lightly and colorpop lid bop too faced inner corner . Look 4: PML all over lid smoked out , tf inner c. Halo looks might be fun with this color story too and the m&c color might be fun to brighten or grungeify looks with the burgundy or hematite colors
I would honestly choose the CP SS and the Too Faced shadow. Especially if you are using as an inner corner. The CP super shock, you should hit pan in within 20x
I think for the orange since its a matte you can layer other colors on top to mix it up. Yellows, white, browns, black or red. Depends on where you want to take it. Or make it a base for yellow gold type metallics or transclucent duo/multichromes to make it go a different direction.
The moment you said it, you jinxed it! I think the ColourPop should be easy to use up. I find super shock shadows can go really quickly. Of course you’ll have to use it frequently to make that happen but that shade is nice year-round. You can also probably dedicate the year to the TooFaced. Check out how it looks on top of the ColourPop. It will both set the cream and add pizzazz sometimes. bon chance!

Ummm interesting 🤣🤣 they're all winter shades, but I think they're fighting😂😂 I would keep the light shimmer in to hit pan that's a perfect inner corner shade where you can concentrate with a smaller brush.
Don't regret going down instead of across with the eyeshadows , you would have got the black matte instead 😂 I would say try to pan the sss as they are notoriously easy to hit pan on, and then see how the too faced one goes! I had the chocolate bar back in the day and boyy were the shadows hard pressed, but recently-ish I bought their holiday cinnamon roll palette and I find I can actually hit pan on them relatively quickly

can't you have a category of "old but needs wearing" that you can partition the palettes so you don't get stuff you want to last longer? I know it goes into the realm of "hate panning" but in a lot of ways it's more like "finally use it up" panning. I still have my tuesday and thursday palettes, but I pulled out about 18 palettes to rotate through other days to get them used or get to know them well enough to make a decision on. Like today I wore Cosmic Brushes Royal Rose because it's been sitting unused for so long, but wow, I adore it!
I have other projects that help me with that and I am always pulling other palettes out to assist me in my daily looks. I don’t JUST use shadows from project pans. I’m pulling things out all the time that aren’t in projects
No keep them in and accept the challenge. I use black shadows on the eyebrows. You can do it!!! I'm cheering you on. Oh and pan the colourpop shadow. 😊

It won’t happen. When I randomize a palette I then enter the amount of eligible shades in to randomize a number. That number corresponds to the shade. If a shade has pan I don’t include it in the total number eligible

I love the little twist you added this year. I think you’ll be able to hit pan in that cpop sss after 20 uses. I’d use it as a lid shade or liner.
