Yeah, totally understand the urgency to get him but really, best you save diamonds for Divs. It's too expensive to justify. With Divs, you also get chance for factional tokens which can be very useful.
Seth is already worth it in his meta, you know, I think about leaving him later, but first I need to leave Rose Divination SSS+5 because she has the ability to dispel debuffs in buffs, which is the Velord Bison in Seth, he has a ying yang with elements of fire, water, lightning, and earth. I saw his description, but it's already worth it, right, friend?
Man I have a little reservation for Seth. Still testing him out but he's not dominating as I'd hoped. Spoiler Alert, he doesn't break my draft priority when the next pulls gets released. We'll see if that changes.

I summoned the ex move scrolls 2 shots and then they appeared for me ex move gouken 30 fragments ex move gouken I was lucky I left 3 stars ex move de gouken and I saved the ticket The ex move scrolls focus only on overlord bison.

With more testing w whales in my guild and proper team building, o-bison is in line w v Vega and a higher than Rhonda. While everything you and hayzink mention is all true that o-bison has a higher ceiling than v Vega, it’s abundantly clear that bison needs tryu period to truly compete/ counter v Vega. Without tryu, o bison won’t have the sustain to retaliate since all his teammates are dead too quick. The vast majority of majority of playerbase will still benefit from v Vega more for now bc v Vega can function well, win 90% of pvp matches w cheap teammates like yun, bzang since all he needs is speed. While o bison needs tryu, Virgil assist, Rhonda and s-Elena (or equivalents to these premium units) is not realistic to expect most of playerbase to have full access to. The cheaper units to substitute for obison comps were not consistent enough against v Vega teams and they were still vulnerable against Leo teams since anti projectile options don’t work against enemy Leo/ Rhonda. I am glad they gave us an alternative to slow down the v Vega meta as to me now it’s more about matchups + rock paper scissors, making it more so a 1a/1b ideal w both units being great. O bison indirectly buffed Leo bc Leo actually matches up better to beat out obison teams.
You're right in what you say but V Vega also needs characters to start first. If he goes second e'g no Bief in his line up and the other team has Bief or Faster characters to start, he'll get destroyed before he can go. That would also make points that characters that last long enough to take him out are better but it doesn't work exactly like that right. Best wayto put it is O Bison has attach and survivability and even if his teammates get taken out, he has enough time to survive and take V Vega out. They are both extremely top tier but if I have to pick either, Bison wins it for me but that's just my opinion. My guess is you'd go for Vega.

We tested many v vega comps against o bison, and all I am saying is that v vega team comps are much less resource heavy than obison ones bc everybody has access bzang/ yun since they are regular units while not everyone has tryu+ virgil wssist + all the premium units to make perfect obison teams. If you give obison regular faction teammates, the retaliation will not be enough to take out v Vega team comps bc all the other teammates are dead and a simple Abel / gen / Virgil assist will assure that Vega team wins via testing. This is why I think if you are a veteran player who built all the correct premium units, you will prioritize o-bison but if you are a new player, you will prioritize v Vega bc a new player. In terms of who o think is better, I think it’s a tie bc it’s more about team building/ matchups.
