I saw that guy in an old Law & Order S13 E09 tonight and just started laughing. After all these years, this is the only thing I remember about that movie. Classic!

EHHH, I dont think this should be a race war... lol. I've heard Filipinos with worse accents than this. I say the character is supposed to be Filipino because the stereotype is that they sing karaoke alot.
Both guys are a rabbai and a priest, and they went to an electronic store to buy a karaoke machine. In the end when Ed Norton opens the jacket the salesman sees his collar which reveals that he’s a priest.
This is how you make the most of a bit role in a meh movie and crush it lol. Easily the highlight.

Check the film's IMDB listings, it says there that "Don" is played by "Ken Leung".
