VFA started in 1877, VFL started in 1897 after established in 1896 just before the VFA Final that year.
You forgot about Richmond entering the VFL in 1908 along with University Football Club until the University club exited after 1914 season. And then you accidently got Brisbane Bears and Fitzroy Lions mixed up when you mentioned about their merger. Despite those mistakes you did a good basic AFL history vid.
Not sure if intentional but this video implies the VFL was formed before the sanfl and wafl but both those leagues were formed before the vfl and the sanfl was formed the same year as the vfa. Good video otherwise

Wills didn't like Rugby. He called it ''an uninspiring game''. Most of the rules didn't come from Rugby, they came from other English school football games.
If he didn’t like union he’d despise league altho simpler and faster it’s just to simplistic and repetitive he’d be sad to know that nsw and qld follow it and despise Aussie rules

What happened to the Richmond Tigers ????? Not only are they one of the oldest clubs they won the Premiership in the SAME year you posted this video !!!! Talk about being neglectful...
I'm pretty sure that team didn't exist from 1980 until 2017
Richmond arrived into the VFL back in 1908, so they weren't the first 8 clubs in the VFL in their first 11 seasons.
Buy I did hear you there, he forgot about Richmond and University that were introduced in 1908.
