I accidentally found my exhaust bracket was broken and so while the system was removed to get it repaired I took the opportunity to add heat wrap around the downpipes.
I know you've done it now but for anyone else thinking of doing this, soak the wrap in water overnight before applying. It stops the fibre itch and also help the wrap shrink round the pipe when it heats up 👍

Apparently hotter gases flow faster so you might gain some extra performance
