Modern planes avionics dont really get affected by leaving it on, and all that really happens is during taxi, take off, and landing, the pilots might hear a buzz. But it wont cause the plane to crash or anything, if that's what you're worried about. And that buzz only happens because your phone is searching for cell towers and such.

Yup! I love planes and the noise they make, sure it gets annoying after 2 hours but it doesn’t stop me from sleeping through babies crying as loud af or engines that sound like they’re gonna blow up. I can sleep in almost any environment, probably even through gunfire if I really pleased. 😂
