@@MattDoesFitness As a Swede im impressed. I have both swam in a icy lake and a non frozen sea on winter. And I can tell you that the non frozen sea can be just as bad. You should be proud of your self. This was amazing to watch and thank you for sharing.
Matt is right. Im Finnish and the water in this video is almost as cold as Ice water. You cant really feel the difference.
