You're right- the lid is really difficult to get off and the neuropathy in my hands makes it even worse. But the other features are top notch. I'm glad I watched this so at least I know how to get the lid off.

Absolutely accurate Review!
You’re right Opening the lid is extremely hard.
One trick that has worked for me (and will work if you have one of those water filter with a thin pipe like spout), I just pull the straw out from the Lid completely and stick the filter spout in, if that makes sense…
Makes it a lot easier. 😊
