I don't understand the concept of "I don't feel like drinkin' rum" but... I am reluctantly trying out dry January (happy wife, happy life) - unfortunately I agreed that BEFORE I made my take and combo of your Apple syrup and Apple Shrub video using apple juice reduced by half (this SCREAMS rum, brandy or Apple Jack and I can't abide yet...)

@@UnclePete I do understand, its a treat but not a daily driver. I've got a suggestion for you as a trade, raspberry syrup (basically raspberry shrub sans vinegar) mixed 50/50 with lime super juice, add soda water and use sugar syrup to soften as necessary. This might make an amazing Italian cream soda (its never lasted long enough around mine to try and fine out).

Hey there,
I've made it 24 days this month when it dawned on me, 1, we've gone through a ton more coke (of the cola variety) in this house and 2, there aren't many videos on temperance drinks (aside from the shrub). I'd be looking for something moreish and easy to make, any suggestions? My apple cider syrup is great, but you can have too much of a good thing.
