The camera "crew" is getting better so good at filming. If you voom your tv . Meagan keeps the plane in the middle of the screen. My wife has epilepsy and she can watch any of your videos without feeling sick. Especially all your new content. Thanks for all your videos. I would have never figured out how to program any of my planes . I enjoy flying more now that I have them all dialed in properly. Thanks for videos .

On seeing this Jet first thing I thought of was a TV series called "Stingray". I like it 👌
From a design standpoint, the canopy should be shorter like you said..but they also put it right in the middle of the fuse. Things look way more dynamic and aggressive when major features are biased to the front or back of a vehicle or product. This looks like a cartoon.
I tend to agree...but this air frame IS actually modeled after a bigger offering...a "Real" jet in most cases, from what I understand. BUTTTT, still agree anyway ;)

Hey Brian, I enjoyed your to-the-point honest and restrained review. I haven't flown this jet, but after watching several reviews for this bird, I'm with you on this one, it's not my cup of tea, and it wouldn't be my first choice for an edf unless I had a pile of money to blow. However, except for the tires, I do like the landing gear and paint combo.
I was "Wowed" before knowing you had SAFE off. Being able to see the thing at altitude, impressive bro...I'dda sent it two farms over.
I think the canopy being a little high helps with a fast jet ref. The wind displacement for the virt stabilizer, rudder. The rudder would possibly be to sensitive on that type net with a stream line canopy. I might be wrong though. Lol

The fms website indicates that this plane will hit 130mph... Did you find that to be the case? It looked like it was topping out at around 60...
LOL - 60mph - no...it was fast, but I need to thrown in the RID module to see the full telemetry for GPS speeds and stuff like that.
Honestly, to me, I don't care how fast a plane flys...it's all about the appearance of speed, or lack thereof. You might have answered your own question.
@@BrianPhillipsRC The reason I'm asking is that I'd like to fit one of these EDF jets with an FPV setup along with ELRS control for longer range... I have a some quads that will burst up to around 115 mph, but I'd like to have a plane that can cruise at that speed and burst up to 150... at least - 180 would be a great. I wish somebody would make one with a proper optically-correct acrylic nosecone. Thanks, Brian.

Flys awesome sounds great very fast,but looks like a flying submarine. The wing and tail shape look likes they were inspired by a sea creature but it looks good in the air.

That jet should've been slightly larger and a 90mm. We need more 90 class jets. I cant ignore the most beautiful sport jet Futura 80 and purchase this goofy looking jet instead Brian...

Definitely not, in my opinion - I LOVE the Futura, and this plane is just very different in all ways, except the paint job.

No. Ours didn't come with a Reflex. We used an AR637T so we could have telemetry...

Wow! She's fast!! If the telemetry is accurate, your 5000 6s flight had a max speed of 265mph!?! no way that's accurate, though. Right?
That would be my defense if any federal authorities had issue with the fuzzy data bits that accidentally got scrambled on the vario for altitude on the 1st flight 😂

Right? So, there really isn’t a need to blur out the 492 ft max altitude that may or may not have been displayed if you zoom in and slow down the frames 😂😂👍🏼

Ps Brian please dont start using SMC batteries. You're an international reviewer and SMC will not post or supply outside of USA. I've been in talks with them and they are proving difficult to work with to get some to me in UK. I just dont think you should promote a brand that the majority of your audience cant buy.
I didn't realize that, but I'd like to work with someone who will offer a HiVolt pack for some of these faster more demanding EDF's.
Shame Spektrum won't venture down that path. Would be onto a winner if they did. Or atleast expand into the odd cell count Lipos so ppl can run 5s or 7s on some edfs. Like you say more Volts more power 👍🏾

@@TwoBrosRCno doubt Danny is a nice lad, but I've been asking since Aug and keep getting fobbed off or given excuses. I've given up asking now. Shame as I was prepared to spend £2.5k on kitting out my own personal supply. I'll just source an easier brand to get in the UK as LiHV is still an itch I'm wanting to scratch.
