Great interview but totally disagree about how you have no option but to just jump into directing a voice artist. So many directors forget or don't of taking voice acting classes or film acting classes. If you know more about the voice actors job from doing it yourself, you save a ton of time with directing in voice records! I'm a voice actor, voice acting coach and now director. It takes me a second to explain what I need over other directors who make assumptions or just don't have the experience. Other than that though, amazing and insightful video.
