Wow. What a game. DEVO FREAKIN DAVIS! Refs were ridiculous for both teams but arkansas showed heart, and was ridiculously clutch.
I didnt watch the 1st half but the 2nd half Arkansas wasnt even fouling them, like touching air and the ref gave Kansas a ton of free throws but luckily Arkansas got some too.
Johnson should’ve been T’d for jawing at the ref.

As a UK fan I admire the grit and heart of Arkansas. They fought back time and time again. You can't not respect that. I know we hate each other during the season but tournament time it's SEC. I'm afraid we probably won't get past K-State but good luck. Kansas could've repeated if not for Arkansas.

It was a huge moment for the Hogs to get that win at Rupp this season, and it kills me that I had money on Kentucky beating K State (who actually features AR transfer, Desi Sills). Led that entire game, but the OTHER Wildcats managed to pull it out in the end. That's why we love March Madness. #WPS

We beat ‘em in thrillers in both basketball and football this year
Arkansas proving they really a legit threat in college basketball. They’ve been advancing consistently over the years. I really saw this coming but it’s so hard to bet against a team like Kansas

Best game of the tournament. There was no point in the game when I was not invested. From the start to the end both teams played as if it were the championship game. The buckets these teams did were insane. As a Kansas hater, I am glad to see them out, but I gotta admit, they played a good match.
This might've been the championship game in a way. UA isn't going to see a better team for the rest of the tournament. We have 3 lottery picks. The other half of the bracket has absolutely collapsed. This is the best chance we've had in 20 years.

I just think they will fall in the sweet 16 as UA always manage to be their greatest enemy in this tournament... and my little sister goes to St. Mary's CA so I can be slightly biased... GO GAELS!

@@thequixoticangler3364 Hogs will either have to go through UCONN or St. Mary's, and then through TCU, Gonzaga, or UCLA. The lowest seed of that bunch is TCU, and they beat Kansas by 23 at Kansas.
@@TheRealSpenco And this time, we beat that team. This was Kansas' year. That was the litmus test. We're now the hottest, and most talented team left. The 8 seed is perfect for us. We get the big game early.
UConn has nothing for us. SMC might, but they don't have the depth. TCU did run Kansas, but again, where's the beef? They aren't deep like us and we got Black , who would've been their Ace. UCLA is smoke and mirrors. Zags aren't as good as last year and we're better.
It comes down to Houston if they get out. That's the champion, whoever wins that game.
Man it just felt like Kansas was getting every roll in the first half, and then in the second half, Devo went on a 10 point run himself but we didn’t close the gap at all. Then it felt like the refs started calling some BS in the 2nd half right after Walsh hit that 3. Then Devo fouled out with us trailing in the last few minutes. But this team never gave up. What a game
F***"n' A they never gave up. Got down 12. But, didn't flinch, sulk, pout, complain or point fingers. They just kept grinding, fighting, competing and playing their style of ball. Towards the end of the season I had said if the Hogs play clean, efficient and disciplined ball, then watch ouuuuut! 😁👏

Watch #10 on Kansas after shooting the free throw at 10:32 in the video. Dude got lost in the sauce. Completely forgot that he had to man up on a defender so an instant foul could occur on the inbounds. Never get lost in the sauce.

They were playing it as if it were a miss, as it was supposed to be. They weren't set for an inbound. They simply weren't prepared for the free throw to go in.

That was a really good game. Both teams made their schools proud. It’s the year of upsets!
KS had this. Up 12 w/ 15 to play and cruising. AR just kept chipping away. Jayhawks didn't choke. They were beaten by a team that refused to quit and made more plays down the stretch.
Imagine how badly Arkansas would have beaten KU if Trevon Brazile would have been in the game.

Watching this video, after Arkansas tied it at 55, I counted three times since then that I thought it could be over, Kansas victory and Arkansas answered the call each and every time

Who knew that trying to miss a free throw was that difficult?
It’s pretty hard when you gotta miss it straight on because left or right and you won’t have an opportunity for a put back, and you HAVE to hit the rim. A soft miss doesn’t work either because the non shooting team gets the inside track. You gotta miss it long enough to get a chance at it, but not too long that it goes to the guy boxing out the shooter. He tried to hit it off the back iron and was just a bit too strong, it’s an art for sure.

Razorback back fan here and I promise if our head guy was not there the game would have been different missing your head guy gave us the break we needed. The players play the game but the adjustments and the pace of the game great coaches play a chess game with each other and Bill is great at it. Good luck next year and hope Bill is healthy soon and ready to go.

As a Razorback fan who has a lot of love for the state of Kansas (I was stationed at Fort Riley for 2 and a half years and really came to love Kansas and the people. I have come to see Kansas as my second home.)I thank you for the kind words and I hope Coach Self has a full recovery.
As a KU fan, you Razorback fans are a class act.
Jayhawks are still one of the power houses! IMO the best blue blood. Had your guys HC been there I think feel this game may have went the other way. But as an Arkansas fan beating KU felt like winning a national championship because y’all are the best!

Hogs have been a roller coaster ride all year. They seem to have found their cohesion with great defense and hustle play. I said I would be ecstatic if they reached the Sweet 16. I’m more than ecstatic. What a crazy year for Razorback Basketball.

@March Madness: I am really thankful for these extended highlights. However, I think there could be improvement, especially when editing the final minute of a tight game. This is defintley not the first higlight video where key plays are missed down the stretch. My advice/request is to please just show every second of game time for the last 1 - 2 minutes of a close game like this. 🙏

They sprinted for the foul, but Mani got rid of it back to a better FT shooter. It was kinda like keep away. They could have maybe gotten another one with less than a second to go, kinda surprised they didn’t. Down three or less 1 second is enough time.
That was for the tar heels losing last year. Arkansas played very well to come back from a large deficit.

In the sequence before 9:00, Kansas was up 61-57 with possession of the basketball and carelessly walked the ball up the court and got called for a 10-second violation. That turnover flipped the momentum, Arkansas scored the hoop at 9:05 and took command from there. Boneheaded mistake that was the beginning of the end for the now former champions.
Devo ran up and picked him up with about 23 seconds left to force it, too

Arkansas played some good Defense against Kansas in got critical stops that got them back in the game and they got stops on Defense that helped them win the game and Davonte Davis was terrific.

SEC really becoming a strong conference in the tourney. My Auburn tigers were looking good but couldn’t finish but u have them, Arkansas, Tennessee legit, A&M competitive, Kentucky always good, Missouri got smacked but won a game, and then u have Bama who I HATE but they may be the most talented team in the tourney. And SEC fans are different, we tend to root for our conference even if it’s rivals, except Bama though 😂😂 but rooting for everybody else
