Yeah, I'm from Europe and live in an apartment building. That bathroom was huge, like mine is just a small bathtub, a toilet and the space in-between is just a bit more than the sink takes up + some shelves. Only one person can fit there without it being crowded as hell and it's the only bathroom there. Mine isn't even that small (or to be more precise, I've seen smaller ones while visiting friends and family)
It makes me sick that someone would tear down such a beautiful house. Old vibes from the past are wonderful. Newer built homes are ugly with no style, charm and history.
If you are really serious about wanting to buy it, make sure you have loan approval ready. Tearing it down and building a new one might yield more money, but also requires serious investment from them beforehand. Demolition and construction is costly, and they lose the rent income for the duration as well. And there is always a risk that once the new house is built, the market has changed. No risk instant money from someone willing to buy as is (and saving on realtor fees) can end up preferable to possible future profit.
Older houses have so much more character, i love them. My favorite is craftsman style homes thats .my dream ( one day). The detailing in every trim, staircase, and built-ins is stunningly unique 😊😊❤❤
That's insane! Honestly hate how many perfectly good homes will be torn down for the boring modern hospital asethetic in new homes, having everything grey n white feels sterile and cold. Really hope you're able to do a rent to own or purchase flat out.
My grandma told me of a school she used to work at when she was younger. It was designed by frank lloyed wright and had alot of unique features and personality in how it was designed. It sounded like an absolute joy to exist in the space. I asked if it was still around and the answer was no. It was torn down. School buildings especially are so soulless and bland already. It crushes me knowing something amazing was torn down to make way for more bland and beige in pursuit of modernism. The exact thing frank lloyd wright hated.
You’ve turned it into such an adorable house and truly made it your own. It’s unique, fun, whimsical and full of life and character. I hope he sells it to you!!

How is that NOT something to blame??? And this guy seems to be doing the EXACT same thing on a much larger scale.
@@homedepot.the housing crisis is systemic, yes. A huge contributing factor in that system are predatory landlords who own multiple properties and rent them out for as much as they can get away with and raise rent as much as they legally can each year. This past year my rent increased by $125 per month, but my income sure didn’t! I have a good job, too; and I love where I live and where I work, but something is going to have to change and I am going to have to give one or the other up if the rent keeps increasing without my income increasing.
it's literally so pretty
@@homedepot.Yes it's systemic, by being a landlord you are contributing to the system, who do you think keeps it going the way it is??
I would live there in a heartbeat such beautiful home
god this is sad. such a waste of materials and passion. goodbye to this beautiful home.
You decorated this home beautifully. It depresses me to see so many of these beautiful, classic homes be tore down, and renovated into lifeless, samey, contemporary geometric slop; with grey laminate wood floors. I love these types of homes. If I cant purchase one of these types of homes, I will design, and build one myself.
I'm designing my future home. And yes that grey laminate is so fucking ugly and lifeless.
I’ve heard the materials they are using to build now are just termite food so none of these new homes are going to be around very long without some serious maintenance! So sad to see such a cool home go!
Kind of like how the market for vintage stuff from the era we're currently in is basically not going to exist in like 50 years because most things being produced are so low in quality. 😟
@@therobotdevil2284 true. Products back in the day used to last forever.
Yeah… nowadays items aren’t built to last for long as to force the costumers to keep buying a replacement for the defect item.
jesus this is heartbreaking! What a gorgeous home....
Mid Century destruction is such a crime! Home is so beautiful 😍
This is an MCM gem!!!! Vintage lovers like me would be drooling over this home. You’ve decorated it in such a fun, colorful way that pays homage to the mid-century vibe and you should be the rightful owner of this house. Is there a petition we can sign?!?
I'm amazed how beautifully you decorated this place. It did have some unique features. Although the bathroom did need renovated. I missed the kitchen. Prayers work wonders. Pray that God will have the owner sell it to you.
What a stunning home. So ridiculous that they would tear down a perfectly functional and beautiful home.
This is one of the most beautiful and unique houses ever!! Tearing it down would be a crime.
Yeah and he'll just build another boring, cheap track home with the same old "open concept" which is just another way for builders to make more money by using less products/house/walls. The open concept is the biggest brainwashing scam there is in the modern housing ever
He may make 3x the money tearing it down but it’s also going to cost 3x as much… kinda bothers me how much empathy you have for a dude who is making money off you for a year on a house he plans to tear down anyways, just so he can replace it with something else to sell and make money off of.
It's almost like he owns the property and can do as he pleases
@@chandraprovaiqbal78its almost like you didn’t even read my comment before you decided to post this braindead reply in defense of a landlord 😗
Someone having empathy for someone you don't know at all but they've known and kept in contact with for a whole year bothers you? 🧐
@@dunkyourdonuts2282it bothers me if the person in question is the literal bane of society. No empathy for greedy landlords, period.
@@dunkyourdonuts2282 empathy isn’t one size fits all?? Huhhhhh? Landlords only exists to make money off tenants. Period. Explain to me why they deserve!!! empathy for tearing a perfectly good (not to mention, beautiful and unique) house down, with the SOLE reason being that the landlord will make more money with that decision? 🤔😗
He’s insane. That house is gorgeous! 😍
Just horrible that greed takes over someone and ruins other people's dreams 😢
That’s craaaaaazyyyy!!! In Los Angeles, this house would be protected.
In Ohio as well…thankfully
Ofcourse Florida does nothing.. *yawns*
"how small the bathrooms are" that bathroom was huge compared to mine!!!!
How am I missing the bathroom? I think I only saw a sink...
That is s beautiful house! I hope she can get the house from the landlord as her forever home.
If I was buying a home, that is exactly what I'd be looking for. That is crazy.
It makes me sick that someone would tear down such a beautiful house. Old vibes from the past are wonderful. Newer built homes are ugly with no style, charm and history.
Investors be the worst people to imagine anything other than gentrification
That’s extreme.
OMG THAT HOUSE IS BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL, HOW TRAGIC
He clearly doesn’t try hard to rent it out cause it’s so cool. Such character/personality the house has
I love mid century modern homes. This house is gorgeous, full of light and personality. ❤❤
The cost of tearing down and building a new home cannot possibly be more profitable than seeking the current home.... that's nonsense.
If that's a wood house in South Florida, it's probably not in great shape.
This house is gorgeous💗✨️
I love old houses with character. You designed it beautifully 😍
I really hope he lets you buy the house. It's got some of your soul in it now, and he was admittedly liking it.
I think its too late now he knows how much she loves the house. He’s gonna triple the price for her specificaly lol.
Life must be soooo hard for landlords
Indeed. One feels so sorry for them. Perhaps we could all take up a collection for this poor beleaguered man.
You need to buy this thing girl!! This house is so meant to be for you 💞
Holy shit it’s gorgeous. You’ve definitely done it justice…
Exactly, a convincing argument!!
So sad!! Don’t tear it down; it’s beautiful!! ❤
You're right! The house is beautiful!!
Older houses have so much more character, i love them. My favorite is craftsman style homes thats .my dream ( one day). The detailing in every trim, staircase, and built-ins is stunningly unique 😊😊❤❤
That's why we cant have nice things. I love this house
It's beautiful. Looks perfect to me & my needs. So sad. :/
That’s nice that he’s an investor. There are plenty of houses to flip which genuinely need updating…
Thats sad! This house is amazing! Greed ruins everything!
Man that house is so pretty too if I could afford it I’d buy in a heartbeat.
This home is STUNNING. Idk why anyone would tear it down!
How can you not fall in love with that bedroom!! The natural lighting ❤❤❤
Awe. That’s so sad. What a darling home!
Even if he made triple, holding costs, tear down, haul away, and construction and time on the market after new build are taken out of that. So yeah, that seems like a story he is telling.
Absolutely disgusting, god i hate these people "its their job" girl his job could literally jsut be selling houses and he'd still be living in luxury, renting is awful
No way! That house is absolutely beautiful!
This house is so beautiful. I wish... And I loved the way that the interior was done. I can't believe it was torn down. Ouch
I seriously am in love with this house! From the comments I’m not alone and I think lots of people would be interested in that house unless something was really wrong that we can’t see. Other than that I don’t understand… I guess investors be investing 🤷🏻♀️
Such a cute, unique house. I like the unique windows.
Ikr 😞 I love it and her style…as much as I even want it, it definitely fits her. I could see myself in it fr tho and the product photography/videography would be amazing at that location with the windows. I love that huge mirror at the end of her hall, I collect antique or unique mirrors. I could talk about this forever bc I love this house so much. It’s definitely unique and it’s a shame 🤦🏻♀️
It is so beautiful that I have a hard time seeing it have a hard time being rented. It is reminding me a little of Japanese style homes and I love it.
That is my dream house. It’s so sad it will be torn down but I’m happy that someone who really appreciated it got to enjoy it for at least a little while.
So sad!! That is a gem I hope he changes his mind, i love to see a vintage home given them new life! Great architecture and history!
Investor is not a job. He doesn't work. His money produces more money. Absolutely disgusting that someone would tear down a perfectly good home just to eek out a little more profit.
Awww that’s soooo sad! The house is beautiful! I hope he decides to keep the integrity and history and sell it to you! What a shame if he doesnt
What a shame.. this place is absolutely stunning!! I can’t get over how much sunlight this place gets
House is like a Art piece
It really is a nice place.
Hopefully you will get it.
NOOOOO!!! Oh my goodness this house is so freaking gorgeous!!!
Wow so much natural light, spatious, love it.
I'm gutted that it's getting torn down. This real estate market is filled with trope-y stark B/W Millennial McMansions; its so gross.
Tf do millennials have to do with that? Most of us can’t even afford houses what are you even on about
@@Arginne Who is buying the IG-style houses then? According to 2022 stats, 51% of Millennials are homeowners.

Can we all just start a petition to ask the owner to sell the house to Dani. It truly breaks my heart to see greedy owner demolishing such beautiful homes.
Yes, my thought too.
That house has such a good feeling to it. I love the high exposed beam ceilings, all the windows add gorgeous light and the bathrooms are charming. There are Facebook groups devoted to wonderful mid century homes just like this. I hope the house survives!
That’s unfortunate that’s such a pretty house. I love it! It’s so unique it has character.

I kind of wish I had a plan of your house so I could build it in the Sims 4 and try to preserve it digitally, at least
