    I’m actually surprised that he is still living as most child rapists are taken care of while in prison. That man’s comment regarding the fact brains are not fully developed before the age of 24 should not apply to someone like this. You can’t tell me that a 17 year old did not know that repeatedly raping and beating his infant son was wrong. What a cop out!

    Where was the other parent? Wouldn’t She know he was doing that? Bruises or other symptoms. Maybe that doesn’t affect his sentence but would be good to know.

    I will tell you this it’s wrong it takes until early 30s that finish developing the brain, but if a person started abusing of alcohol and drugs, that will never finish developing it will make the process stop completely
